Shipping Information
All shipping costs are flat rate, regardless of order size, and are based on shipping destination.
We currently offer Canada Post Lettermail (regular service) to Canada, the US, and worldwide, and
Canada Post Xpresspost (expedited service) to Canada and the US. See below for delivery standards.
Current Lettermail rates are C$4.95 for all shipments within Canada, US$6.95 for all shipments to the US, and C$12.95 for all shipments to the rest of the world.
Current Xpresspost rates are C$8.95 for all shipments within Canada, and US$17.95 for all shipments to the US.
These flat-rate shipping costs include all applicable taxes on the shipping portion of your order.
Prices are subject to change - checkout shipping prices are always current and correct.
As shipping costs are fixed, Photo Intrigue reserves the right to select alternate shipping methods.

Packaging
All prints will be packaged in protective fibreboard envelopes with protective paper on top of the image
surface. Photo Intrigue reserves the right to utilize alternate packaging, however photos will always
be shipped flat (i.e. not folded, bent, or rolled).
Taxes, Duty, and Customs
All required costs for Canadian customers are included in Photo Intrigue pricing, shipping, and tax rates.
Customers from outside Canada should check with their appropriate government agency to determine if any additional taxes, duty, or customs fees may apply to purchases.
Photo Intrigue will disclose an accurate value for all shipments - we will not claim a shipment as a ‘gift’ or ‘zero-value’.
You are responsible for any and all additional costs associated with importing Photo Intrigue products into your jurisdiction.
Photo Intrigue will not be held responsible or liable for any costs associated with the importing of our products into foreign jurisdictions.
Returns
Photo Intrigue strives to provide detailed high-quality representation of all products on our website.
Therefore, Photo Intrigue can only accept returns for damaged or defective prints. Any such return will be replaced with the same print size/image as originally ordered. Returns for exchange will only be accepted with an accompanying RMA number. Should you require an RMA number to return a damaged or defective print, please e-mail us at service@photointrigue.com with complete details.
